In a business, air conditioning isn’t a luxury. Overheated offices hurt productivity, hot shops lose customers, and equipment rooms that run warm cost money. We help Manchester businesses choose, install and look after the right system for their premises.
Commercial air conditioning systems we install
Wall-mounted units for individual rooms
Cost-effective cooling and heating for individual offices, treatment rooms, small shops and staff areas.
Ceiling cassette units
Recessed into a suspended ceiling, cassettes distribute air in several directions, which suits open-plan offices, shops and restaurants where wall space is limited.
Ducted systems
The unit is hidden above the ceiling, with only discreet grilles visible. A good fit for client-facing spaces, boardrooms and premises where appearance matters.
VRF and VRV multi-zone systems
Variable refrigerant flow systems connect many indoor units to one or more outdoor condensers, with individual zone control across a whole building. They’re suited to larger offices and multi-room premises.

How we keep disruption to a minimum
We know you can’t close for a week to have air conditioning fitted. Commercial projects are planned in advance with you, and we can phase work room by room, carry out noisy tasks before opening or after closing, and keep work areas safe and tidy throughout. Our engineers are used to working in occupied offices, shops and clinics.
Air conditioning compliance for businesses
F-Gas regulations
Businesses that operate air conditioning have legal responsibilities under UK F-Gas regulations, including regular leak checks on larger systems and keeping records of refrigerant work. Our engineers hold refrigerant handling certificates and the company is REFCOM registered.
TM44 energy inspections
In England and Wales, air conditioning systems with a total effective rated output of more than 12kW must have an energy inspection by an accredited assessor at least every five years. Well-maintained systems with good records make that inspection more straightforward.
Planned preventative maintenance contracts
A planned maintenance schedule keeps commercial systems efficient, reduces emergency call-outs and gives you a documented service history for compliance and warranties. Visits are timed to suit your business. See our servicing and maintenance page for what each visit includes, or our repair service if you have a fault now.
Beyond air conditioning: mechanical services
For larger projects we also provide mechanical services, including ventilation, plant and pipework, coordinated with your main contractor or facilities team.

Commercial air conditioning FAQs
Can you install air conditioning outside business hours?
Yes. We plan commercial installations around your trading hours and can carry out disruptive work early, late or in phases.
What size air conditioning does my office need?
It depends on floor area, glazing, the number of people and the heat given off by computers and equipment. We carry out a heat load assessment during the survey rather than guessing.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for businesses?
Yes. Planned preventative maintenance keeps systems efficient and compliant, and provides the service records you need.
Do I need a TM44 inspection?
If the total effective rated output of your air conditioning is more than 12kW, a TM44 energy inspection is required at least every five years in England and Wales.
